Location: Boden, Sweden | Renewable 12-Month Contract | Full-Time

About the Opportunity

Join a pioneering project at the forefront of sustainable steel production. We are seeking a Warehouse & Material Lead to oversee material management, inventory control, and logistics coordination for a large-scale green energy construction project. This role is instrumental in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and timely material delivery to support critical construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Logistics & Coordination: Work closely with logistics, expediting, quality, and construction teams to track incoming shipments, resolve delays, and ensure on-time material delivery.
  • Warehouse & Laydown Management: Supervise warehouse operations and multiple laydown areas, ensuring safe storage, handling, and usage of materials.
  • Material Planning & Prioritization: Align material deliveries with construction schedules, proactively addressing potential delays.
  • Inventory Control & Audits: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure full traceability from receipt to final use.
  • Process Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to internal procedures, provide reports on material availability, and manage discrepancies.
  • Collaboration & Efficiency: Work alongside procurement, construction, and logistics teams to optimize material flow and operational efficiency.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in warehouse management, material control, and logistics within construction, industrial, or energy-related projects.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and laydown area management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset to address material flow challenges proactively.
