Job Title: Technical Services Leader
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Coordinate and manage design and engineering activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.

Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.

Oversee UXO (Unexploded Ordnance) risk assessments and clearance operations, ensuring full compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Manage environmental remediation projects, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations and industry best practices.

Supervise construction activities to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within the allocated budget.
Mandatory Requirements:

Education: B. Sc. in Engineering from an accredited college or university.

Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of total post-graduation experience.
- At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in the Oil & Gas, refinery, or petrochemical industry, specifically with exposure to heavy oil projects.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related leadership role or specialty.

Track Record: Proven experience in managing multi-projects, with expertise in multi-discipline areas such as Design & Engineering, HSE, UXO, QA/QC, GIS, Environmental Remediation Technologies, and Construction functions within the Oil & Gas industry.
Primary Objective:
- Support the KERP program managers in all technical aspects and ensure the successful delivery of projects, taking full responsibility for project outcomes and performance.
