Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Management Partner with strong Execution Intelligence-the ability to translate strategic direction into practical, localized actions that drive impact. This role will lead talent development initiatives, performance management, and learning programs, ensuring alignment with business needs while adapting to local contexts.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Talent Management
- Drive and enhance the annual performance review cycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate talent development forums and succession planning discussions to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
- Design and implement talent development strategies, ensuring robust succession pipelines and career growth opportunities.
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Spearhead organizational-wide learning initiatives, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skills development.
- Facilitate high-impact workshops that support leadership and employee development.
- Oversee day-to-day L&D operations, optimizing the Learning Requisition Process to enhance efficiency.
Strategic Execution & Implementation
- Translate high-level talent strategies into practical, results-driven programs tailored to local business needs.
- Partner with stakeholders to implement talent initiatives that balance strategic objectives with real-world execution.
- Continuously assess and refine talent programs based on organizational needs and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in talent management or learning & development roles.
- Proven track record in designing and leading talent programs, performance management, and workshop facilitation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess talent trends and drive data-informed decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
