Job Purpose
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Subsea HSE Supervisor to oversee HSE activities for a major offshore project. This role involves supervising EPC Sub-Contractor HSE activities at worksites, ensuring compliance with project HSE objectives, and maintaining personnel safety, environmental protection, and operational integrity. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and promoting a strong safety culture, in alignment with project goals and EPC Contractor requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure full compliance with the Project HSE Management System at all sites.

Verify that site personnel possess the necessary HSE competencies and that training plans are executed.

Develop additional HSE procedures or instructions as required at the site level.

Monitor and ensure EPC Sub-Contractors fulfil their contractual HSE commitments.

Report any necessary changes to Construction Site Plans or Procedures to the Subsea HSE Lead.

Assist in resolving specific HSE concerns, including risk assessments and HSE reviews.

Oversee regular reporting on HSE performance, including tracking anomalies, incidents, and accidents.

Participate in HSE Committees, audits, worksite visits, and safety tours.

Maintain confidentiality of documentation related to HSE activities.

Qualifications & Experience

5-10 years of professional experience in HSE roles.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar supervisory position.

Experience in facility and yard supervision.

Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.

Fluency in English is mandatory.

Experience in offshore or fabrication yard environments is an advantage.
