Senior Change Management Consultant

We are currently supporting a major client in the Middle East with the recruitment of an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant to join a high-profile transformation initiative. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to a wide-reaching digital and organisational change programme within a dynamic and complex environment.

Role Overview

As a Senior Change Management Consultant, you will be at the forefront of leading people-side change initiatives across large-scale technology and business transformation programmes. You'll play a key role in identifying change impacts, developing change strategies, and working directly with key stakeholders to enable successful adoption and transition.

This is an exciting role for someone who thrives on shaping strategy and delivering tangible outcomes within a high-visibility transformation environment. Experience in large, matrixed organisations - particularly in asset-intensive or regulated industries - would be particularly valuable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations to identify key priorities and risks.
  • Develop and implement holistic change management strategies and plans tailored to the scale and nature of each project.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment, working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Design and execute effective communications plans to ensure clear, consistent messaging throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of training strategies and materials, tailored to various audience needs.
  • Measure adoption and effectiveness of change initiatives through KPIs, metrics, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Establish and manage a sustainable change network across impacted areas of the business.
  • Develop compelling internal communications and digital collateral (e.g. posters, videos, infographics) to reinforce change narratives.
  • Support benefits realisation by tracking adoption, utilisation, and change proficiency across the organisation.

     

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree or advanced qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, or a related field preferred.
  • Formal certification in Change Management (such as PROSCI or ACMP) is highly desirable.

     

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in managing change in large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles within complex or multinational environments.
  • Deep understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and principles.
  • Proven ability to influence at all organisational levels and drive alignment toward shared goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal.
  • Adept at stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and building change capability.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks and their integration with change management.
  • Experience in technology and digital programmes within large-scale or asset-heavy industries preferred.
  • Sector experience in energy, infrastructure, or related fields would be an advantage.
