Responsibilities:

Review and approve architectural designs submitted by contractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and local regulations.

Supervise the execution of architectural works on-site, ensuring alignment with approved designs and maintaining high-quality standards.

Coordinate with structural, MEP engineers, and other disciplines to integrate architectural elements seamlessly into the overall project design.

Implement and oversee quality control procedures for architectural works, including material selection, workmanship, and finishing.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Serve as the primary architectural point of contact for the client, addressing concerns related to design and construction.
Competency Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Architect in large-scale infrastructure or public space projects.

Knowledge and experience in architectural design and construction supervision within the context of international PMC contracts.

Hands-on experience in implementing quality control processes and ensuring compliance with architectural standards.

Strong understanding of architectural management processes throughout all phases of project development, particularly in projects with complex stakeholder requirements.

Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.

Good knowledge of local building codes and standards applicable to the project.
