Job Title: SAP WCM (and PM)
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Hybrid Working: Full work from home with ad-hoc office visit required during a month.

Job description:
Duties:
- Consultant needs to be located in Sweden or happy to relocate to the country.
- There is travel required and the person should be "on and off" onsite in Germany (Thüringen). SO travel is required in general, but not every week. The consultant may also need to travel to the Netherlands.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, ABAP developers, and other functional consultants
Configuring SAP WCM (and PM) modules to meet specific business requirements and implementing custom solutions.
Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to address issues and ensure smooth integration
Conducting thorough testing and validation to ensure the seamless transition of functionalities from the old system to the new one.
Adapting to changing project requirements and collaborating with various functional consultants and key users from MM, FI, and authorization modules
Analyze and understand the business processes and requirements, specifically related to Work Clearance Management.
Design and configure SAP WCM solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Understand custom developments
Write requirement gathering, create delta lists
Help writing the WCM part in blueprints
Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP WCM (and PM) with a strong understanding of both functional and technical aspects.
Strong understanding of SAP WCM & PM processes with at least 5 years of experience in implementation or support roles.
Process understanding of standard processes in SAP WCM & PM.
Being able to communicate between business and other functional consultants.
Proficient in reading and understanding ABAP code for error analysis and communicating technical requirements to ABAP developers.
Fluent in both English and German (speaking, reading, and writing) to effectively communicate with stakeholders in multinational environments
Other nice to have skills:
- Deep understanding of SAP WCM modules, including work permit management, isolation management, and risk assessment.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP WCM to meet business requirements.
Proficiency in writing blueprints, write down requirements from requirement workshops.
Strong knowledge of integrating SAP WCM with other SAP modules like PM (Plant Maintenance), MM (Materials Management), and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety)
