Responsibilities:

Input safety data into the Management Information System (MIMS), such as CARE Cards (via online forms), audit reports, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), etc.

Pay close attention to detail and ensure the accuracy of submitted data.

Be internet savvy and preferably possess knowledge of how online databases function.

Assist in reporting tasks, which include creating charts, Power BI dashboards, and maintaining them.

Support inspections, audits, and other site-related Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) activities as required.

Manage employee requests for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including issuance and returns using an online form.

Allocate and control the limited PPE stock in response to received requests.

Monitor the stock and inventory levels of PPE.
-
Preferably have knowledge of Microsoft Forms and Microsoft Power Automate.

Be responsible for the department's minutes of meetings.
-
Update and maintain the department headcount list, including project assignments and work locations.
-
Organize department activities, such as team-building events and distribution of project incentive items.

Raise purchase requests in the SAP system for the site HSSE team.
-
Maintain the department budget report.
-
Keep the site HSSE shared folders updated and organized.
Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in HSE administration.
-
A minimum of a diploma in any discipline, preferably in HSSE.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
-
Proactive and a team player.
