Project Eng ( Subsea / Pipelay / Offshore/ Vessel )
Salary £75k - £90k plus benefits
12 Months Fixed term contract
We are recruiting 2 PE for a Global Eng company based in South East England to start ASAP
7-10 years in the oil and gas industry with experience in relevant topics which should include Shore Approach/Beach pull, Survey, Pipelay (Piggyback), Pre-commissioning and Subsea installation project/package operations.
Offshore experience in the execution of projects.
Proven experience related to proactive control of project contract, delivery assurance, cost and schedule
To guide and supervise the team of project, discipline, design, installation, field and specialist equipment engineers assigned to the nominated work package(s). They are also responsible for their assigned portion of the scope of engineering work (Design or Installation).
Accountable for safe delivery of allocated scope and objectives of package.
- Review allocated contract work scope and specifications and manage scope in accordance with contract management requirements.
Ensure that Engineering work is carried out following the specified Project requirements and/or industry standard.
Ensure that Know-how and expertise are cascaded to Project, Installation and Field Engineers working under supervision.
Make recommendations to the Package Manager/Project Director for the resolution of technical and commercial problems.
Deliver package objectives and manage nominated elements of the overall package.
Ensure the development and commitment to company and project Health Safety and Environmental Management systems is evident, implemented and regularly reviewed throughout the life of the package.
Manage the day to day technical, commercial and quality aspects of responsible package elements
Direct the preparation of and check the nominated package work estimate/budget for Supplier/subcontractor.
