As the Outage Manager, you will lead and manage the entire preparation, planning, and execution process for the 2025 Outage at the MGT Site in Teesside. This critical role involves overseeing cost control, setting and maintaining safety, quality, and performance standards, and ensuring all work is conducted efficiently and safely.

You will coordinate teams, monitor KPIs, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with SHE standards, while also managing relationships with contractors and suppliers. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that requires experience in handling complex projects and a strong focus on safety and quality.

With a 9-month contract, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact on a high-profile project, driving success through effective leadership and strong collaboration. You'll need at least 5 years of management experience in a similar environment, ideally on COMAH sites, and a passion for delivering top-quality work under pressure.
