Job Title: Offshore Installation Manager

Assignment Length: 12-Month Renewable Contract

Join a leading global offshore wind energy project and play a pivotal role in the installation of cutting-edge renewable energy infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced Offshore Installation Manager to oversee critical foundation transport and installation (T&I) activities, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage key scopes within the Foundation T&I installation, including technical and commercial evaluation of various installation methodologies and equipment.

Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards for all T&I contractor documentation.

Coordinate Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS) acceptance, including the sourcing and management of MWS requirements.

Maintain continuous engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective scheduling, cost control, technical integrity, and risk management.

Supervise loadout, transport, and installation operations, ensuring adherence to industry best practices, including on-site oversight where necessary.

Capture and document lessons learned to drive improvements in future projects.

Provide insights and technical input to research and development (R&D), operations and maintenance (O&M), and other key internal teams.
Requirements:

Strong project management expertise, demonstrating a structured and proactive approach.

Excellent team player with a self-motivated and adaptable mindset, willing to travel as required.

Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Offshore Installation Manager or in a similar role within Foundation T&I for offshore wind projects.

Experience working on European offshore wind projects is essential.

Familiarity with EU tender processes is advantageous but not required.

Valid GWO (Global Wind Organisation) and HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training) certifications.

Hybrid working model with travel to various locations, including Denmark, Poland, and the Netherlands, as needed.
