Job Title: Lead of Procurement
Project: CO2 Sequestration Project
Job Purpose
Oversee contractor procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective and compliant procurement processes.
Key Accountabilities:
- Align with Project Management Team on procurement needs.
- Manage procurement of Long Lead Items (LLI).
- Prepare and coordinate Invitation to Tender (ITT) packages.
- Administer agreements until assigned to EPC Contractor.
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes.
- Develop and execute Procurement Plans.
- Implement contractor's Purchasing and Materials Management plans.
- Communicate procurement activities and issues to PMT.
- Report schedule and cost data.
- Advise on procurement issues and mitigation steps.
- Ensure quality of procurement documents.
- Plan for effective use of materials management system.
- Coordinate spare parts management.
Reporting and Relationships
- Reports to: Business Division Manager
- Internal: Interaction with Project Engineering, Quality departments, and Site Construction team.
- External: Daily interaction with EPC Contractor and suppliers.

Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in contract management and procurement on major projects.
- Diploma in Procurement or equivalent certifications.
Experience
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and key vendors in the industry.
