Overview:
This role supports the organization's Information Security leadership by contributing to the development and dissemination of information security policies and procedures. The position involves managing a cybersecurity team within the IT division and addressing the organization's information system risks and vulnerabilities. The role includes providing strategic guidance to manage cybersecurity risks and ensuring compliance with security frameworks and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments of complex information systems and infrastructure.
- Review compliance with security policies, regulatory standards, and legal requirements.
- Identify and address threats to system confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Investigate major security breaches and implement appropriate controls.
- Develop and contribute to security policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Advise on risk management strategies and security controls.
- Design and deliver IT security training for relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and resolve security incidents as per incident management protocols.
- Analyze performance metrics related to incident resolution and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Expertise in the development and maintenance of IT security requirements.
