Job Title: IT Engineer - Workflow Management System
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Hybrid Working: Office policy requires at least 2-3 days per week in the office, with the remainder remote.
Client: Multinational Power Company
Assignment Length: Initial 1-year contract with the possibility of extension

Work Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week
Job Description:
- Back-end Development: Write and optimize code for back-end systems supporting Dashworks.
- Operational Troubleshooting and Monitoring: Identify and resolve technical issues; monitor system performance and server functionality.
- Support Architectural Decisions
- Deployment of New Use Cases
- Analyzing Issues
- Front-End Management: Use the front end to create and manage all aspects of projects, including self-service portals, mail-outs, and capacity slots.
- Database Maintenance: Maintain back-end databases and create new connections as necessary, requiring SQL and PowerShell script knowledge.
- Server Maintenance: Liaise with Juriba for the update and maintenance of QA and dev servers.
- Project Liaison: Work with projects to gather requirements.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of workflow management tools (preferably Juriba Dashworks)
- Proficient in SQL
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell and automation
- Experience with LCM
- Experience with monitoring systems and automations
- Background in enterprise migration projects
- ITIL certification

Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- MD-102 / MS-102 certification
- Proficiency in PowerShell and SQL
