Job Summary:

The Head, People Strategy & Planning will lead the development and execution of HR strategies to align with organizational goals. This role focuses on workforce planning, organizational design, HR analytics, and budget management, requiring strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and leadership expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Organizational Design: Optimize structures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive and cost-effective reward structures.
  • HR Analytics: Provide insights through data analysis to guide decision-making.
  • Change Management: Lead cultural transformation and organizational change initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Oversee HR budgets, ensuring alignment and cost efficiency.
  • Leadership: Mentor and develop the HR team to drive performance and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 20+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in HR strategy, organizational design, and budget management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
