Job Summary
The General Manager, Leadership and Capability Development, will lead the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive learning and development strategies. This role focuses on aligning workforce capabilities with organizational objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving initiatives such as talent development, succession planning, and capability assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop learning strategies and leadership programs.
- Drive succession planning and talent pipelines for key roles.
- Manage HiPo, internship, and graduate development programs.
- Assess workforce capabilities and align talent with business needs.
- Optimize training operations and ensure impactful delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine programs and adopt best practices
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 20 years' experience in learning and development, talent management, or capability assessment, including at least 8 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in modern learning technologies and HR systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Certified Trainer qualification is an advantage.
