Job Title: Flow Assurance Engineer

Assignment Type: Residential Contract Role
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 1 Year (Annually Renewable Long-Term Assignment)
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 Hours a Day
Missions / Service Dimensions:
- Conduct all technical flow assurance studies for Block 58, supporting the development of the first field.
- Prepare and monitor the HIPS file as needed.
Activities:
- Demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding HSE and implement HSE rules within the area of responsibility.
- Prepare documents for flow assurance studies, consulting with other disciplines and integrating fluid analysis results.
- Define flow assurance studies for each stage, identifying assistance and subcontracting needs.
- Manage progress of flow assurance activities, providing advice and guidance to technical contractors and teams.
- Verify the production of internal and contractor deliverables related to Flow Assurance.
- Serve as the focal point for Flow Assurance during reviews and technical audits.
- Select and size networks, defining operability regarding hydraulic, thermal, and fluid risks.
- Prepare summary documents of flow assurance data for each package.
- Ensure consistency of flow assurance and process studies with operating philosophy.
- Participate in HAZID/HAZOP, PID review, and safety engineering reviews as required.
Context:
- The role is part of the execution phase of a major project in Suriname, involving the development of offshore discoveries in Block 58.
- The project aims to optimize reserves, schedule, costs, and GHG emissions while maintaining high technical quality and H3SE standards.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in engineering, specializing in subsea pipeline/risers.
- At least 15 years of professional experience in Oil & Gas deepwater projects, both onshore and offshore.
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
- Strong communication skills, dynamism, high motivation, organizational skills, leadership, and the ability to put issues into perspective.
- Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.
