We are currently looking for an Engineering Manager for our client based in Cumbria to manage the day maintenance/project activities on site.
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 + 15% Bonus + Car Allowance + Pension

What will be involved?
Identifying and managing engineering risk and use the framework of disciplined maintenance as best practice
Provide appropriate guidance and support for all major engineering and maintenance events
Understand the HSE principles of maintaining an COMAH site
Ensure the processes for designing and constructing new facilities and modifying existing ones
Ensure opportunities to learn from experience are fully exploited.
Identify and deliver innovative solutions to opportunities on the Fellside Site
Provide technical support to maintenance and operational staff.
Qualifications
Degree, or equivalent qualification, in Engineering
Working in & contributing to a 24/7 chemical, oil or gas or energy process
