Job Title: Commercial Contracts Analyst
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Assignment Type: Annually Renewable Contract
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (8 Hours per Day)

Are you a detail-oriented Contracts Analyst with a passion for procurement and contract administration in large-scale industrial projects? We are seeking a skilled professional to support procurement activities and contract management for a major industrial development in Sweden. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on a project of historic significance, shaping the future of sustainable industrial production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyse contract documents, including agreements, amendments, and addendums, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in contracts, recommending necessary changes or modifications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (legal, finance, and operations teams) to align contract terms with business objectives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of contract management policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide guidance on contract-related matters, including interpretation of terms, rights, and obligations.
  • Support procurement activities, ensuring effective contract administration and alignment with corporate policies.
  • Contribute to tendering and award processes, helping to establish the necessary documentation and systems.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in contract analysis, procurement, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of, or a keen interest in, EPC contracts and EPC contractors.
  • Degree in Engineering, Law, or Commercial disciplines (Master’s or Bachelor’s).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop effective procurement strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and networking skills, capable of influencing suppliers and key stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a structured and detail-oriented working style.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
