Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and management.
- Monitor and report on industry developments and competitor activities.
- Handle commercial and contractual negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the Oil and Gas industry, particularly in Downstream, is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
