Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Work Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Schedule: Initial training full-time onsite (approx. 1 month), then 4 days onsite / 1 day remote

Key Responsibilities:

Create customer accounts using internal platforms

Resolve basic disputes in SAP

Manage incoming messages through shared mailboxes

Answer and direct calls

Send quote requests to clients

Verify prices and unblock customer orders

Handle customer queries through the Oracle shared inbox
Required Skills and Experience:

Experience in a similar administrative or customer-facing role

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

Knowledge of SAP and Oracle systems preferred

Strong verbal and written French communication skills
